Since our establishment in 1976, Q'sfix has continued delivering systems supporting our society.
We keep striving to meet the customers’ new needs and maintain the trust of customers. While pursuing and realising the five elements of Quality, Quantum, Quest (Exploration and Improvement), Quickly (Promptly), and Quintessence (Essence), we aim to ‘fix’, provide customers with our services by working together as one team.

Since our founding in 1976, Q'sfix have delivered systems for a wide range of fields and applications based on our corporate philosophy of "enriching people's lives through IT and supporting a society where people can live with peace of mind”.
Our industry, which once fulfilled "what would be nice to have," has become an industry that supports "what is indispensable" in today's world, where IoT and ICT have become commonplace. We will always maintain our unchanging mission of supporting the social economy by creating systems that make the world more prosperous and convenient.
The approach is reflected in our record of consecutive profits since our founding. We have continued to support our customers even in the face of the burst of Japan’s bubble economy, the Lehman Shock, and the spread of the new coronavirus, by creating systems that are indispensable to the world with reliable quality.
Broad and Deep Business Expansion
The IT systems Q’sfix provides to support social activities, covering a broad range of customers from banks, credit institutions, life and non-life insurance companies, securities companies, and other financial institutions to government agencies, distributors, manufacturers, and telecommunications companies.
In addition, a 70% of our customers have a business relationship with us for more than 10 years. In other words, by doing business over a long period of time, we not only accumulate know-how and gain a deeper understanding of our clients' operations and situations, but also apply the knowledge and technology we have gained in this process across a wide range of fields. Furthermore, Q'sfix has a one-stop system from consulting to system construction, which enables us to analyse our clients' needs and challenges from multiple perspectives and viewpoints, and provide essential IT solutions.
Comprehensive Human Resource Development
To be a true partner for our clients, we Q'sfix manage thorough human resource development. We recruit employees based not only on their knowledge of system integration and programming skills for software development, but also on their potential, including their humanity and provide them with ongoing education and training. After three months of training, we provide on-the-job training and study sessions to support steady progress.
Even after becoming a full-fledged system engineer, we provide an environment in which you can constantly improve your career by supporting the acquisition of qualifications and participation in external training programs, in order to be the best partner for our customers.
Challenges in New Fields to Meet Market Needs
DX is accelerated due to the declining birthrate and ageing population, the shortage of human resources in the medical and nursing care fields, and the spread of the new coronavirus pandemic. Q'sfix spares no expense to provide our knowledge and skills to solve problems in society. As long as we share the goal of realising a world in which people can live with peace of mind, our stance is to actively provide both joint investments and business support.
For instance, we have invested in Anshin Support Corporation, a home monitoring service for the elderly, jointly with Sojitz Corporation. We have developed a highly accurate system that utilises ICT technology in the healthcare field, and are attempting to expand the service from Japan, a country with advanced issues, to overseas markets. In addition, "SureFIT", an AI online fitting service jointly developed with New World Company, Inc., we launched an initiative aimed at increasing sales and improving return rates in EC by providing full DX support for the shoe retailers facing a management crisis in the Corona disaster.
Creation of Value through Open Innovation
We have also begun to experiment with open innovation through industry-academia collaboration, combining our data and know-how with research results and technologies at university institutions, for example, in the improvement of lifestyle-related diseases and integrated support services for the elderly.
Taking a smartphone application, "Mobile Multi Jump Tester”, as an example. Cost and privacy issues are deemed to be an obstacle to regional medical collaboration using personal data. To solve this, personal data will be stored on the patient's own smartphone and on the cloud, daring to decentralise information management to individuals to reduce risks. We will continue our research and development without slowing down toward the future we are aiming for.
